Toronto business photographer
Images built to move business.
Event coverage, e-commerce catalogues and complete brand image libraries—planned around where the photographs need to work.
Three ways to work together
Choose the job the images need to do.
Each production is shaped around a different business outcome. Headshots can be added to a branding day instead of becoming a disconnected fourth service.
01 · EventsHold the room.
Speakers, reactions, details and brand atmosphere captured without interrupting the programme.
02 · CataloguesMake the range clear.
Consistent studio catalogues for larger goods and on-model apparel built around your selling channels.
03 · BrandingShow how it feels.
The space, the people and the real work—combined into one useful, coherent image library.

Event coverage
Photography starts at CAD 600 for 2 hours.
Catalogue & e-commerce
CAD 400 per photography hour, with up to 10 products / looks and up to 3 final images per item. Additional finals are calculated automatically in the total. Studio rental and talent are separate.
Business branding library
Choose the coverage you need and the number of people. Time is calculated from the selected services: 30 minutes for the space, about 7 minutes per portrait, and 45–75 minutes for people working with clients. With no services selected, the estimate is CAD 0.
01
Events
Coverage with a point of view.
The essential stage moments matter. So do the exchanges in the room, the hands on the product, the signage and the energy that makes the event recognizably yours.
- Conferences, panels and executive gatherings
- Product launches, openings and brand activations
- Networking, team culture and candid guest coverage
- Optional fast highlights for press and social channels
02
Catalogues & e-commerce
Consistency that lets the product lead.
A catalogue needs a repeatable visual system, not a collection of unrelated nice photographs. We define the angles, crops and lighting before production so every asset belongs together.
- Studio catalogues for larger products and coordinated ranges
- On-model apparel, accessories and lifestyle catalogues
- Consistent angles, crops and lighting across the full set
- Delivery crops planned for PDP, social and editorial use
03
Business branding
The place. The people. The work.
We build one complete library around how clients experience your business: where it happens, who makes it happen and what expertise looks like in motion.
- Interior, exterior, signage and environmental details
- Staff at work and real service interactions
- Team portraits and individual headshots in the same visual language
- Website hero options, social crops and press-ready images

Before the brief
Good questions, answered.
Is the calculator a final quote?
No. It is an immediate planning range based on the biggest cost drivers. A final written quote follows the brief and confirms deliverables, licensing, production expenses, travel and timing.
Can a branding shoot include the premises, staff and people working?
Yes—that is the core of the branding direction. Choose the coverage sets and number of people; the calculator adds time for the premises, individual portraits and people working with clients. Locations are confirmed during the brief rather than priced as a separate calculator field.
How is catalogue photography priced?
CAD 400 covers one photography hour, up to 10 products or looks and up to 3 final images per item. Additional finals are included automatically in the total. Larger quantities are planned in 10-item production blocks. Studio rental is CAD 150 per hour, and talent is quoted separately.
How quickly are event photographs delivered?
The standard gallery target is five business days. A next-morning or 48-hour highlights set can be added when the marketing or press team needs images while the event is still current.
Are commercial usage rights included?
Standard website, organic social, PR and company marketing use can be included in the written quote. Large paid campaigns, resale, out-of-home, packaging or third-party use should be identified during the brief so licensing is clear.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. Toronto and GTA work is the main service area. Travel time, mileage, parking, permits or accommodation are confirmed separately when the location requires them.
Have a date or a product list?
Let’s turn the brief into a clear production.
Send the estimate with your timing, location and intended use. You’ll receive a tailored scope rather than a generic package.
