  • My note: Perfect when you want a polished, editorial feel with options for both bright and dramatic scenes

  • Vibe: Designer natural-light studios with multiple themed rooms — from bright/airy European interiors to moody, editorial sets.

  • Best for:

    • Light/airy: White Loft, Ballroom, Conservatory

    • Dark/editorial: Lounge, Salon, Library

    • Lifestyle/mixed: Kitchen, Nest

  • Light & timing: Huge windows + neutral walls for flattering daylight; bright looks are best late morning to mid-afternoon.

  • Sets & backgrounds: Ornate fireplaces and moulding, minimalist lofts, a styled Kitchen, textured lounges, elegant salon tones — lots of variety in one location.

  • Privacy & comfort: Private rooms, changing area, washrooms nearby, music, A/C.

  • Access & amenities: Elevator access; paid street/lot parking; TTC nearby; easy load-in.

MINT ROOM STUDIO

CASA BONA

  • Vibe: Elegant natural-light loft — exposed brick, limewashed walls, soft neutral styling

  • Best for: Light/airy boudoir, lifestyle portraits, cozy branding looks; mixed (bright + gentle shadow) with a touch of controlled light if desired

  • Light & timing: Six oversized windows + high ceilings; late morning–mid-afternoon gives the softest, most flattering daylight

  • Sets & backgrounds: Brick + limewash walls, curated furniture, styled dining area, mezzanine with bed, functional kitchen

  • Privacy & comfort: Private, by-appointment studio; changing area, washrooms nearby, music, A/C; relaxed pace with breaks anytime

  • Access & amenities: North Junction; street/lot parking nearby; TTC access;

  • Location: 201 Weston Rd

  • My note: Perfect for warm, lived-in elegance with tons of flattering daylight — easy to create variety without switching locations

TIMELESS TREE

  • Vibe: Luxe, editorial boudoir — sculpted shadows, rich tones, reflective drama (infinity mirror)

  • Best for: Dark/editorial boudoir, silhouettes, luxe portraits; can do mixed looks with flags/backdrops and controlled light.

  • Light & timing: Natural skylights in each room; moody looks work all day, with strobes/V-flats available on request. Hours 8am–8pm.

  • Sets & backgrounds: Infinity mirror, royal-motif fireplace, aged bookshelf; furniture included

  • Privacy & comfort: Check in with attendant; changerooms/washrooms on site. Cameras only in common areas (none inside studio rooms).

  • Access & amenities: Ground-level studio just off the highway with free parking around the building. Pet-friendly.

  • Location: 68 Tycos Dr

  • My note: Choose this when you want rich, editorial drama and elegant architectural details; the palette is flattering and instantly luxe.

WADE STUDIO

  • Vibe: Bright, modern boudoir — clean lines, soft daylight, polished minimal look

  • Best for: Light/airy lingerie sets, clean backdrop portraits; mixed looks with gentle shadow using flags; darker looks possible with controlled light

  • Light & timing: Two large south/west windows; late morning–afternoon for flattering, even skin tones

  • Sets & backgrounds: Seamless/canvas backdrops (multiple colours), painted rolling wall, designer chair/stool, makeup station, kitchen for lifestyle frames

  • Privacy & comfort: Private restroom/changeroom, climate control, music

  • Access & amenities: Queen & Bathurst area; code entry

  • Location: 688 Richmond St W

  • My note: Ideal for anyone who loves a clean, editorial-minimal look
